Locations and hours
Calvary has two libraries. The main library is in Room 105, on the ground floor across from the senior pastor's office. The children's library is in Room 214, on the second floor next to the elevator. The libraries are open whenever the church is open; feel free to turn on the lights if they are off. If you need help from a librarian, the library is staffed each Sunday from 9:45 to 11:15, except during the summer. The main library has a conference table and can be used for meetings or classes; contact the office if you would like to reserve the room.

Finding materials
You can search the library catalog from home using the link above. Each library room also has a computer you can use to reach the catalog; instructions are posted next to the computers. Materials with call numbers beginning with "J" are shelved in the children's library. All other materials are shelved in the main library.

Checking out materials
No library card needed! Each book has a check-out card in a pocket inside the back cover; the card for videos is either inside the cover or in a pocket on the back. Write your name and phone number or email address on the card and leave the card in the basket on the library desk in the main library or in the basket on top of the low shelf in the children's library. Periodicals can be checked out by putting your name, the date, and the periodical title on the check-out sheet in the folder on the desk.

Returning materials
The library has no due dates or late fees, but please return materials promptly when you are done with them so others will be able to check them out. Leave returned materials on the desk in the main library or in the basket by the door in the children's library.

Rating and reviewing
When you're done with a book or other item, tell others what you thought about it! Go to the online catalog and click on the item to bring up its details. Under the title on the detail page, click on the row of stars to rate how well you liked it, or click on the "write a review" link to share your thoughts in detail.
