Each fall/winter, churches across Anne Arundel County partner with Arundel House of Hope and open their doors to provide a safe, warm shelter for those without homes.
Together, we will share meals, prayer, and compassion—showing the love of Christ in tangible ways.

Volunteer Training
To help provide a safe and welcoming experience for both our guests and volunteers, everyone serving during Winter Relief is asked to attend one of the following training sessions:

Our Week to Serve
During Winter Relief, Calvary comes together to provide meals, shelter, and hospitality for our unhoused neighbors through our partnership with Arundel House of Hope.
Volunteers help prepare meals, welcome guests, set up spaces, and serve in a variety of behind-the-scenes roles throughout the week. There are meaningful opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to be part of this ministry.
Together, we create a welcoming environment where every guest is treated with dignity, compassion, and care.
